On July 21 and 22, the 2016 Computer Conference on Independence and Controllability was held in Yuanwanglou Hotel, Beijing. This conference was hosted by CCF (China Computer Federation) and CCF TCSEC (Technical Committee on Severe Environment Computer) and cohosted by 706 Station, 2nd Research Institute of CASIC (China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation). The themeof this conference is “Insist on innovation-driven development, improveindependence and controllability”.

CEC and its subsidiaries (including Scutech) attended the conference. As the only disaster recovery manufacturer in this conference, Scutech is acknowledged to have the best compatibility with domestic databases and software.

The conference has three forms: report delivering, forum exchanges (3 sub-forums: hardware, software and system applications) and product exhibitions. Academicians during the conference expressed their opinions on the policies of independent research of computing technologies and future development of this industry.
